HVLA administrative offices are located at 18174 Hidden Valley Road next to the historic Stone House. In 2004, the U.S. Postal Service issued HVLA a new ZIP CODE and identifier. Mail should now be sent to Hidden Valley Lake Association, 18174 Hidden Valley Road, Hidden Valley Lake, CA 95467.

The reception office and Environmental Control/Community Development staff are housed in new building completed in 2009. The reception office is the nerve center of Hidden Valley Lake providing information, photo I.D.s, bar codes, room and facility reservations, property transfers, golf memberships, program registrations, photocopying.


The General Manager, Controller, Executive Secretary, and other administrative staff are also located in the new building that includes the Recreation Room, which is used for activities and meetings. 


The Controller's Office maintains the accounting records, produces both the Budget and Annual Reports, in addition to answering questions concerning property owner accounts and collection matters.
There are certain fees that are applicable to property owners in Hidden Valley Lake. Some of these are:

**Upon termination of the tenancy, if all cards and passes issued by the Association to the tenant are returned and there are no outstanding fines due to the Association against subject property or levied against the Owner-lessor and/or tenant, the deposit will be refunded, without interest, upon request. If a deposit is not claimed within 30 days following termination of the tenancy, the deposit or any remaining portion will be retained by the Association.
